SONGS OF THE SERENGETI: MEDITATIONS ON WILDEBEESTS

Photography Lecture Description:  Dr. John Gerber will share his weeks tracking and  documenting the 1100 mile journey of the wildebeests from northern Masai Mara in Kenya to the plains of the Serengeti in Tanzania.  His photo exhibition titled:  Songs of the Serengeti was inspired by the seasonal migration of wildebeests crossing the Mara river and following them from Kenya to their calving territory in Tanzania.
